GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -- The baby girl of a slain Grand Junction woman was removed from life support and has died at a hospital.

The infant was delivered by emergency Caesarean section after Anna Maria Macias, 23, was shot in the neck and killed outside the Garden Village apartment complex on Sunday night. She was about 8 1/2 months pregnant.

Police said Lonnie Herrera, 39, shot and killed Macias after she obtained a restraining order against him. Authorities arrested Herrera on suspicion of first-degree murder Monday in Delta, Colo.

Since a restraining order was involved I'm going to assume he was either a stalker, a woman beater, or a jealous ex. Either way he's a bitch.

A point for each murder, a point for being a coward and another point for being a bitch. That's four.
