Mother charged with trying to poison 22-month-old son:
Reason to Blow Up the World: The fact that any mother would inject her own son with feces, Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy be damned. What makes it worse is that this woman, Stephanie McMullen, is a former nurse. I wonder how many MBP cases are legitimate and how many are just cop-outs.
